Carmen is passionate about inspiring and activating change to create futures we would all love to live in through initiatives like It Takes a Town.
Carmen is the designer of the award winning Making Places project – a futures education initiative that has engaged over 6000 young people in exploring what safer, healthier and more sustainable futures for our communities could be like. She has a Masters in Applied Science (Social Ecology) and 26 years experience working in community and government sectors. She specialises in community engagement and consultation, the facilitation of group processes, strategic planning and organisational change.
