Elle is a Balanggarra woman from the East Kimberley, Director of Zion Engagement and Planning and Aboriginal Planning Lecturer with the University of Sydney. She engages closely with clients to guide them in connecting with Country and community. Zion recently developed training to empower the built environment industry with knowledge around working with Country, community and culture. She is passionate about building confidence in individuals and teams with the ultimate goal to develop allies.
